Chip Kinzler is a hands-on-builder who directly supervises all of his trade contractors. Chip also has a well-known reputation for doing all his own finish carpentry and for his incredible attention to detail. That attention to detail coupled with the relationships that are formed with each client add up to beautiful homes and satisfied homeowners.
Many award-winning homes have been constructed by Kinzler Builders over the past several years. It is not uncommon for Kinzler homes to win the coveted "Builders Choice" award during the annual Parade of Homes, voted on by Chip`s peers. In addition, Chip has also been honored with awards ins several other categories including "Best Floor Plan", "Best Kitchen", and "Best Interior Design" awards.
Chip Kinzler also plays an active role in the local chapter of the National Association of Home Builders. Chip has been on the Board of Directors of the Snake River Valley Building Contractors Association since 2001 and served as the President in 2005.
